what the heck is going on ............. either the site is down .... there is hardly anyone on .......... or you go into the chat room and the whole thing crashes on you

if the 'powers that be' are trying to shut it down slowly they are certainly going the right way .... fair enough they gave us the 'directing' room but how the heck are we supposed to use it when the site is down or no one on........

by the way 'powers that be' do the peeps that pay for 'extras' get refunded for the amount of time the site is non operational or they cant get logged on?

and no im not being negative just wondering 'what is going on'

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience of the problems from last night / this morning. A problem arose with the site server that our system admins resolved as soon as possible.

Outages are frustrating for us as well but we're doing our best to improve the service with redundancy so this won't happen again.

I'd also like to say apologies again, it is back up now, the outage was unacceptable, unfortunately its not possible for us to extend subscriptions across the board for those that were inconvenienced, but if you were and have been paying please put in a support ticket with the title Upgrade, for those paying anually we will extend your upgrade for one week, we can't do this for monthly subscriptions, but we can add extras or extend extras for a month as our way of saying sorry for the issues.
