i had 2 accounts 1 paid and 1 free when they increased fees to £49 i did not renew then i got email for the 1 thats never been a paid account giving me free premium for life thats not realy fair on those that have been paying for yeas

That would have been an offer for Extras not premium membership, the other thing is that we don't charge singles any more than couples and we never have.
