I got the Welcome Email but I can’t get to stage 2 of the sign up

You need to either click on the link, or copy and paste the link into your internet browser. Some email programs may cause the link not to be displayed fully. The full link will look like this:

To copy and paste it into your browser, do the following:

Highlight the full link from end to end by clicking at the start with your left mouse button, and dragging the mouse to the very end, be careful not to get a space at the end of the line, it should look like the example, with the blue highlighting finished at the last character. Release the mouse button if you haven’t done it already.

Once you are sure you have done it right, right click any where in the blue highlighted area and click on copy, like so:

Note: Your menu may look slightly different to the above example.

Now, open your internet browser, and delete the link in the address bar like so:

Highlight the link and press delete to delete it.

Now right click in the empty space on the address bar and click paste, like this:

The link should then appear in your browser, then either hit Enter or press Go to follow the link and continue your signup process.

If this does not work, go back to the start and try again, make sure you are copying the FULL link with NO SPACES at either end.
