For security reasons we will never give out a password over email manually. To find out your username and password, do the following:

Click the "lost your login details?" link below the login box on the site, shown below:

Alternatively follow this link to get to the same page:

On the next page follow the instructions, and enter your email address into the box (note the email address must be the same one that you used to subscribe to the site).

Your details will then be sent to you via email, you can then login as normal.
